Out-Help is a public Honor Wall where people can purchase a public Helper listing using their X handle. These terms explain what you are purchasing, how the wall works, and how Out-Help handles its profit-giving policy.
What you are purchasing
Out-Help sells a digital public listing on its Honor Wall. When your payment is successfully confirmed, the X handle you submitted can be displayed publicly on the wall.
The listing may hold a position on the wall based on the total amount associated with that X handle. The highest qualifying total holds the Best Helper position.

You are purchasing a public place on the Out-Help Honor Wall.
Payments and listing amounts
Payments for listings are processed through our payment provider, Dodo. The amount shown by Out-Help represents the price of the listing action before any applicable taxes or payment-provider charges that may be required at checkout.
Any applicable taxes are calculated and collected during the checkout process according to the applicable tax rules and payment configuration.
A successful payment does not itself create a charitable contribution or a transfer to a children's home. The payment is made for the Out-Help listing product.
How the Honor Wall works
Each listing is associated with the X handle entered by the customer.
The submitted handle is displayed publicly on the Honor Wall.
The total associated with a handle determines its position on the wall.
The handle with the highest qualifying total holds the Best Helper position.
A customer may use the same X handle again to increase that handle's total.
Another handle can take the Best Helper position by reaching a higher qualifying total.
Out-Help's profit-giving policy
Our commitment
Out-Help intends to give a share of its profits to children's homes and publish information about completed gifts on the Impact page, including available receipts or supporting records.
These gifts are made by Out-Help from company profits. They are part of Out-Help's company policy and are separate from the purchase of an individual listing.
Out-Help does not represent that a particular purchase corresponds to a particular gift, amount, home, or outcome.
If there are no completed profit gifts yet, the Impact page may simply state that the first profit gift will be posted once it has been made.
About the purpose of your payment
The amount you pay is the price of the public listing you purchase from Out-Help. It is not collected on behalf of a children's home or another charitable organization.
Out-Help receives the payment for the product it provides. Decisions about company profits and any gifts made from those profits are made separately by Out-Help.
Your purchase
Pays for a public Helper listing on the Honor Wall.
Company profit gifts
Are made separately by Out-Help from its profits and recorded on the Impact page.
Your X handle
You are responsible for the X handle you submit. Because the Honor Wall is public, the submitted handle may be visible to visitors to Out-Help.
Please only submit a handle that you are comfortable displaying publicly.
Out-Help may remove or decline listings containing handles or content that violate these terms or our acceptable-use standards.
Age and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a listing on Out-Help.
Listings must not contain or promote unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Out-Help may remove a listing when necessary to maintain a respectful and appropriate public wall.
When your listing appears
A listing is added or updated after the payment has been successfully confirmed by our payment system.
A customer may briefly see a confirmation page while the payment is being processed and verified. The payment confirmation system is the source used to determine whether a listing should be recorded on the Honor Wall.
Refunds and payment issues
If you believe a payment was unsuccessful, duplicated, or otherwise processed incorrectly, please contact Out-Help with the relevant payment information so the transaction can be reviewed.
A payment that has not been successfully confirmed may not create a public listing.
Any refund decision will be handled according to the circumstances of the transaction and the applicable payment provider requirements.
Changes to Out-Help
Out-Help may update the Honor Wall, its features, pricing, minimum amounts, presentation, or these terms from time to time.
The version of these terms published on this page is the current version for use of the service.
